Level 42 – I Sleep On My Heart

…strictly for we Level 42 hipsters. Effa “Something About You”. Gotta go obscure with it.

Everybody has an 80’s act they have no business being a fan of. I have several. But when I think of the biggest non-Prince related obsession I’ve ever had? Level 42.  I play keys, drums and bass. And I’m a sci-fi person. So…yeah. This band was pretty much the music in my teenage head. 

As I built a small studio in my bedroom, my parents grew to hate this band,  as I had to master every part of every 8 minute song they ever did. It was like the 80’s version of a prog-rock obsession…except that I was a big Yes and Genesis fan as well.
